Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices are in Australian dollars and payment is due by the date stated on our invoice or booking confirmation. We may charge additional fees for extra hours, extra editing, travel, rush delivery, special requests, or out-of-scope work.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits or retainers may be non-refundable to the extent stated at the time of booking or permitted by law. We may reschedule a session due to illness, unsafe conditions, severe weather, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control. Where appropriate, we will work with you to arrange a new date or another reasonable solution.

6. Delivery and Revisions

We will deliver photographs or other agreed materials in the format and timeframe stated in your booking documents, subject to reasonable delays. Unless otherwise agreed, we determine the creative selection and editing style of final images. Any included revisions or additional editing will be as stated in your package or booking terms, and extra revisions may incur additional charges.

7. Copyright and Image Use

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Chamberlin House Photography retains copyright and all intellectual property rights in images and content created by us. Subject to full payment, we may grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use delivered images for the personal or business purpose agreed at the time of booking. You must not sell, edit, sublicense, enter into competitions, or use the images for commercial, editorial, advertising, or publication purposes beyond the agreed licence without our prior written consent.

8. Portfolio Use and Testimonials

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant us permission to display selected images from your session in our portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, studio samples, competitions, or industry publications. If you require confidentiality or do not want images used for promotion, this should be agreed in writing before the session and may affect pricing or availability.

We take reasonable care in providing our website and services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every image, file, or delivery outcome will be free from every technical issue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
